George W. Bush Success???

Hello fanmail.biz community! I have a question for all you experts. I sent a LOR for a bookplate and $2.00 postage for return shipping to George W. Bush. I got this back last week. The auto isn't printed on, but rather done with a marker. I am almost 99% sure its AP. I did some research, and found this same picture that someone else received, but our sigs are nothing alike. Does he use multiple AP's? Is one real, the other AP? Any help would be great. Thanks!
