I sent Mr. Lee Smith a TC and SASE on 6-3-2021 and received it back signed today with no reply to my note. The only downfall is that he asks $20 for his auto but it was worth it to get my 1982 Donruss RC signed. I have heard that he isn't very pleasant to deal with in person, that is probably why he charges for his auto and can't take 3 seconds to reply to my three questions.
