Personally I never use IRC's as I don't have much money haha! But I try be polite in the fact that I at least include an s.a.e. So far I've had nothing but success.

PERSONALIZED definitely - I don't collect to sell and I only write to people I truly admire, so when I recieve an autograph with my name on it means a lot to me - really special. It looks better and its far more interesting than just a lone signature jotted down. Personalized all the way ;)

has anyone had success writing to becks at LA Galaxy? and has anyone had a response from the arctic monkeys using the domino record company address? or any other addresses?

The address in the fan-base shouldn't be there as 'Sue Terry' doesn't have him listed as one of her clients anymore. Have no idea what his new address is though!!
