I wrote to Ms. White on January 21st, 2011, and by mid-August had started to worry that the letter had been lost, because I had seen lots of two or three week responses from her. Less than a week after sending her a new letter (and including a photo this time), I received her response to my original letter (I knew because the stamps on the return envelope I had supplied were Christmas ones!) on August 26, 2011. She provided the photo, and I was excited to receive it! I've been a fan of hers ever since I watched "The Golden Girls" when I was little. Thanks, Ms. White!
