I sent a LOR and SASE (no pic needed per website http://www.travolta.com/site/fans) to John Travolta (P.O. Box 3560 Santa Barbara, CA 93130-3560) on 8/25/15 and received back a nice B&W 8x10 on 10/5/15. It says "Congratulations Shawn & Casey, John Travolta. Dreams come true!"
Sent an SASE, so addresses were mine, no need to include pic.
