I've had success sending to Bill Belichick, Mike Ditka (c/o ESPN) & Doug Flutie (when he was in the CFL). I sent to Chris Spielman c/o ESPN, back it came back unsigned, with a note saying that he doesn't sign items sent to his house. I would try to contact Woody Paige via the Denver Post, since that's who he writes for. You may even be able to email him.
