Contents of the Envelope, please help I am a noob!

2 more question how many IRC's should I put in the envelope but if I can get a hold of U.S. stamps those go on the SAE, and on the SAE do I put return address as mine as well as the mailing address (Both Mine)?

Im not really good with IRCs, I usually try to get stamps from the country Im sending but I think it takes 2 or 3, yes you can put your address as the return address(I usually do) or you can leave the return address blank

I usually put their address as the return address just with no name,or occasionally my address as the return but i always think that looks odd.I never leave the return address blank.
