RE:To Many TM's? - My initial list (finally..done.. sort of)

I apologize, but while this would go under the "to many TM's" topic, I didn't want to make everyone scroll through it every time to view the topic- so this is an offshoot. I also, realize I was going to do this 'under the radar', but this is taking a lot more time than I expected, and apologize. I have gone through all of the members (in hindsight I should have made it list them by team leader, and not join date {would have saved me some time formatting this post}) and noted the ones that I think are worth checking out. I've also divided them up by Team (you can click the team logo, and go to the team post {pretty nifty}), added their profile link, and my initial findings and why they are on the list. This is just TM's (for the most part... or anyone Mod in the TM Group). I do not know everyone on the boards, nor do I pretend to- this is my findings and you can post/PM if there are any errors. I would appreciate it if this list is not edited- and instead if you have an issue with a member being on the list, or other edit you would like to make PM me/or post. This is to cut down on my confusion and also limit peoples ability to play with the names (as there is a moderator on the list). I have nothing personal against anybody on the list, and did this while I was doing my JAVA work for the day (the time it took to code and format everything was ridiculous!... I digress).

Thanks for making this list.
It honestly helps to see who is active/isn't, roughly how many posts TMs have and things like that. First and for most, I believe that any TM that has not posted since 2007 should automatically be demoted. From there move onto those who have not posted in over 6 months. After we've dealt with those members we can figure out how to manage the rest.

I personally automatically demote my TMs who have not been active for 2+ months (with a PM explanation). I haven't been able to check on them lately due to my busy schedule, so I thank you for bringing this to my attention

EDIT----
Okay, so Tabby, K CLEM, and crystal815 are removed from my TM list (I have demoted them), but for some reason, on their profile, it still says "Trainee Moderator - ldy josie x's Team" with the TM logo (but their usernames aren't in that blue color).

Can someone explain why this is so to me?

I have demoted conversequeen yesterday. As for Quigon I have to give that one some more time. Thanks for making the list though. It is extremely helpful.

I have updated the list somewhat with some names of Moderators that Sunkissed sent me. I also removed a few names (people who were demoted, but it didn't fully show I left on). This is taking a lot more work that I currently have time for (recently injured leg, and currently have it all taped up [benefit on being a S.A.T. I guess])- and so because of that, I will ask that still no one edit the list/first post, but instead make a post in the above format with the user info (you can still PM me, but I won't be able to do a whole lot). I have included the formatting code that I used for future members to be added to the list.

You know... the weird thing is that I do NOT remember EVER approving Tabby to be on my team... or to be a TM.
Maybe Admin placed him/her on my team? I really don't know.

Btw, mharm2k6, quick question: Are the TMs on that list just the trouble/inactive ones?

yes... or at least the ones I ran across as the time. I didn't make a list of everyone because you can just go here: http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/memberlis ... p&start=25 (TM list sorted by Rank [which breaks it down by group]) and that gives you an in depth look at the post count). And to your first question, that is also a yes- almost immediately after Zanne became a Global Moderator- 6 random TM's were placed on our team. If there are any other things that people want done (like organizing their teams in their team thread), let me know (assuming I have time).
