All SFM autos are either preprints or autopens.

I have the same ones from Lisa and Mathew P. but I have a different one of Matt. I am still waiting for David's. I requested them back in 2004 and had received autographs from the rest of the cast. Hopefully I will get David's really soon!

The same thing happened to me. I got everyone fairly quickly except David. I got his... eventually. Have you tried writing to David again? I think it's safe to assume that SFM probably won't send you David's autograph from 2004.
