Well, Brando and brandon don't have the same IP, so I think based on that, it's impossible to say these are one person in the same.

its probably him. his internet provider assigns him a new IP address everytime he signs in, heres a list of the ips hes had before

They both have centurytel and Brando has posted from about 100 ip addresses.

Yeah I was just about to post those but my computer froze. The photos of the envelopes were taken by the same exact camera. It has to be him.
