I sent a request through the contact form on their website https://arsenalfc.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new and then they sent an email asking for adress and I gave it to them. They sent me a mathday programme, soe signed player cards including Bukayo Saka and a poster of Kai Havertz on the front and Thierry Henry on the back.
