I've heard of people on the internet leaving there phone number for a celeb and having the celeb call them. I would never leave my phone number, I was just wondering if this is true. Could this really happen?

I very much doubt it. I would think that celebrities would be much too busy to phone all of their fans, whoeer aid that they got a celebrity to call them is probably not telling the truth

This does happen sometimes actually. Especially with older celebrities who have more time on their hands. There is a thread dedicated to celebrity phone calls on another forum I belong to. It's quite rare and obviously only happens if you give out your telephone number but it does happen

I put my number on my charity letters, and I got a call from Antony Worrall Thompson's PA saying he had read my letter & would send a signed book.

Ian (The Collector) got a phonecall from Steve Redgrave, so it does happen

I don't fell right leaving my phone number because, who knows? You could have an incorrect email? IDk, but someone on this site, can't remember, said they emailed Wally Wingert and got a phone call from him.

I got a message from Richard Russo, author of "Empire Falls" and he said he's send a signed book

I talked with many wrestlers via phone [The Rock, Big Show, Shawn Michaels etc.] and some football players [most importantly Alan Shearer and Thierry Henry] but there were more like business talks, because it was an interview for a paper I work for

Yes I always leave my phone number and I was called by Wally Wingert, Vallery Lloyd Watts, and Bill Vander Zalm. Its very exciting to actually talk to a celebrity.
