I live in the U.S. and I want to send a letter and a photograph (to be signed) to London, but all of the post offices in my area tell me that the government has stopped issuing IRCs. Is this true and if so how can I send this photo and get a response? I would appreciate the response. Thanks.
I need help sending a photo to the U.K.

I need help sending a photo to the U.K.
Hi everyone, This is my first post and I hope that I have placed it in the right place. I am also new to sending/receiving photos and autographs so I am quite the layman.

Hey there -
I'm from the US as well and I often send requests to the UK. What I usually do is enclose a SAE and $1 or $2 in US Dollars. If you can, you may want to go to your bank and change the currency into UK Pounds. It would be more convenient for the celebrity.
Also if I recieve a success from the UK in which the stamps aren't cancelled out, I usually reuse them.
Good Luck!
