I don't think it's a SEC. At least I hope not anyway.

The letter I received alongside it from the Agency said;

"Thank you so much for your kind letter to Emilia Clarke. As you can imagine, she receives lots of fan mail every day and unfortunately can't reply to everyone personally. However, please find enclosed a signed photo of Emilia"

So, what I take from that is that she doesn't often send personal signatures, and instead sends out batches of real pre-signed photos.

But I'm not 100% sure.

Still moderately happy though.

Yeah they're usually pre-signs, that i imagine she does before or just after filming GoT. They chose a better photo for her to sign this season though.
