I have personal for mine, and there should be an option to "add a new page" when you're editing the website!

A guestbook is quite a good thing to have! I've been having troubles with it too so there must be a problem with the site today!

I use Yola- you get more data space for free (1 GB). It the biggest amount you can get on any website in the free service. Also no ads! Highly recommend it!
