I'm confident that with A) Linda McMahon's political aspirations and B) the amount of media scrutiny that WWE has faced in terms of doping in recent years that if Cena were to test positive it would not be ignored.

There's too much to lose in the future not to just suspend him and move on.

Also, Randy Orton and Rey Misterio have been two of the company's top stars over the past few years and they haven't been immune.

As for the Hogan argument, it's invalid because the company didn't have a substance abuse policy in those years. There was no way for him to get suspended even if he was dirty at times.

I just think that neither Orton nor Mysterio has generated the income that Cena does. Because of his "Golden Goose" statuse with the kiddies and women, he might be more immune to it than others. I think he's in that Triple H/Undertaker/HBK staus with WWE.

I think you would be shocked to know how much $ Rey has made the WWE. He's been top 5 his entire career in the WWE as far as merchandise sales... I'd go out on a limb and almost garantee that.
I'd say Mysterio is right up there in sales with Cena so I think the marketing $ is pretty close to make a comparison.

No doubt Cena would get thrown under the bus just like Orton and Rey did if he failed a test.
