Kevin Youkilis (Boston Red Sox) semi-success... - July 2nd, 2011 I sent a LOR, 4x6 photo and SASE to Red Sox third baseman Kevin Youkilis at the spring training address(no longer valid until next year):

I received my 4x6 photo unsigned and a pre-print 4x6 photo back sent to me by the team. I also received a letter thanking me for being a fan and a 1x2 small cut out note that was separate from the letter which read: "I apologize, but due to such a high volume of mail, I am unable to personalize autographs to every fan." I wasn't really sure I would get anything back when I sent to him and just gave it a shot. He used to sign but not anymore it seems.
