Seth McFarlane Success Sketch! Skeptical...

Ok so 1 month ago I send a hand written letter to Seth about how I love the show and how he got me into drawing. I asked if he had anything advice or anything he could send me. I did not send a SASE or picture.

Today I get this 9x13 sketch as you can see. Amazing right!!
Well when I look at it the "To Michael" and the "209/300" is in a different shade marker and the actual sketch and signature looks like it might be a pre print.
Also held up to the light, the writing can be seen through the back, the sketch and signature cannot. Not sure what to make of this, a first for me.
Thoughts?
