Sent Peter Ostrum to the address in database on 01/09/2016. And on 02/02/2016 got a RTS- refused. Pretty sad because this was suppose to be a surprise for my dad. Is he no longer signing?

Fanmail

Doctor Ostrum seems like a pretty nice guy. He works at the animal clinic where I take my cats and ferrets. I never see him because he works with only large animals. I did leave a couple photos for him to autograph and he did. His autograph was real while Gene Wilder's was a stamp. That was back in July, 2015. He is a pretty busy Veterinarian so he may not have that much time. I am one of Countryside's clients so that may be why he signed my pictures. Sorry you didn't get his autograph. I will ask the girls at the Carthage clinic if they know what is going on. Dr. Ostrum is in the Lowville clinic and I go to the Carthage clinic.

Any update on this? I received a RTS as well from this address. Is there another address, or did you ever hear back from the clinic as to whether Dr. Ostrum is signing?

Well that is his handwriting that wrote Return to Sender. If you look at in person inscriptions, you can match the handwriting up. So my guess is he ever got spammed with fanmail at his work address, or its because he does a lot of conventions where he charges for the autograph and probably donates the money to help the Animals....

Maybe I should just give my dad the envelope then.

I asked one of the receptionists at the Carthage Countryside and she thinks Dr. Ostrum is not signing right now. Anything being sent to his home address and to the Countryside Clinic in Lowville is being returned to sender. Other than those two addresses, I can't think of any others. I'm sure that any photos being sent to the Carthage Countryside Clinic also would be returned to sender.
