Chevy Chase TTM Success!!!
Hey guys! I just got this back today. I sent it out on 3/7/13 using the address in the database. I sent a LOR, a Caddyshack VHS cover, and a SASE. I got back my envelope, my VHS cover signed, and an 8x10 signed in addition! I'm so happy with this success. Chevy Chase is one of my favorite comedians and SNL members.

Actually, these are AP. Sorry for the bad news. I got him back today with 2 different signatures, both are EXACTLY like the 2 of yours, one with the best, one wothout it, same pattern and all.
Didnt know he sent APs.

AP = Autopen. Its a device some actors, and most presidents, past presidents, etc use to sign things for them. They sign their name into a machine, and the machine saves a template of the signature and duplicates it on items using a robot arm holding a marker.
If you sent to Chase, your stuff will likely be APed if you get it back now.

Unfortunately, I have to agree that I believe it is an auto-pen. I just posted a topic of my "success" from him. He's sent pre-prints and secretrials (personally, I believe by his wife) in the past and now, auto-pens.

Hi. Thanks for the comments everybody! I was pretty sure the 8x10 was ap, but I wasn't so sure about the VHS cover. The 8x10 signature was very shaky and looked like someone had slowly tried to copy it. However, the VHS signature looked much different (swift and fluid). I am disappointed that everyone believes that the VHS signature is ap as well. Anybody think the VHS signature is legit? haha

Your VHS cover is not authentic. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news again, but I have a signature 100% like it that I recieved as one of my 3 today. All his autographs sent today were autopenned.
