I send LOR to Mr. George W. Bush on 2011 year and don't received answer.
This time, I asked my american friend from Texas write to him.
He sent only LOR, there asked signed bookplate on my behalf.
Autographs will forward it to me in September.

They do send it out international but you have to provide the SASE. Guess they only will pay out of pocket for shipping to the U.S. I've gotten so many unstamped u.s stamps back from email successes that it cost me nothing to send it.

I used SASE because I have US stamps. But didn't received back anything.
