I'm not going to speak one way or the other regarding the stamps, but he's British. Of course he's going to correct the "Sir". He can't claim the title.

I thought he said that the time and stamps are not free? Which would be more characteristic of himself, always commenting to people who don't stamp their SASEs! Either way, it's funny yet still cool because it's a little added extra to the OPs autograph collection!
