Zac Efron Avila Beach Addy?

Hey, I've been wanting Zac's autograph for a while, he is a great actor! I was just wondering...has there been sucess from his P.O Box address in Avila Beach, CA? Its in the database, but I haven't seen people get success from this address, does he not respond to fanmail from this address? Im just curious! Thanks to anyone who can help me out!! :D

That P.O. Box address is no longer valid. people started receiving RTS's from it, saying the person who owned it, no longer was in service.

I have not had any success either you probably could only get success from him from a via venue address. Which I have no clue how to get them. Someone posted a new address of his which I don't think it's even correct.
