Doris Day SUCCESS!

This is my eleventh TTM autograph and my fifth success of 2017! After I sent this one out I realized that a different fanmail address was listed on Doris' website. I was so sure that I needed to send out a new request to that address that I literally planned to do so tomorrow. What are the odds that I get this tonight? Now I can use my extra envelopes to send out a new request!

Buckle up though, you're about to get a lot of posts telling you it even authentic because Doris changed her "D"s. For all I know both may work. I'm just happy to get a success from her at all! I don't mind others saying that it may be secretarial, as that's their opinion and they're free to have that opinion, but I feel like the autograph that I got in particular is real, just because I feel that a secretary would have signed a little bit more neatly and mine is a bit messier than usual.

That also shows signs of aging (the messiness.) When people get in to conspiracy theories, I always tune them out. Sometimes it is very helpful having people comment, but there are a certain few who will blindly smack down any success from certain celebs because they feel they are from a secretary etc. I've read people saying the secretary did it for her brochure and TCM. As if Doris would take the time to record audio for clips to her movies and then have a secretary sign just so fans don't catch on...lol

I also feel like a secretary wouldn't care about the volume of requests or if it's memorabilia. I get emails from the foundation and I remember one saying since Doris will have auctions to raise money with signed memorabilia, that's why she doesn't sign them.
