I just sent her a letter and she sent her own photo back singhed with my name on it. the fan mail i used was

Wow that was indeed a very fast return, congrats! Since it came back so quick, I assume you live in the UK or Europe? I sent mine 8/15/11 but I live in the US so it takes awhile longer for my UK request{down} Also, do you have a picture of the pic?
