After a dry spell, I had two killer returns today:

They are both awesome! I asked Mr. Layton if he would provide a sketch of his favorite X-men character, and I got this great Nightcrawler piece! He asked that I don't share his address, and I have to oblidge. However, he was pretty easy to contact over the web.

I'm new to this site and this board, but after going to a local convention I got bit by the autograph bug. There are six artists I am really trying to find. Does anyone have an address or a hint for the following:

Awesome Supes Sketch by Dan

Got confirmation from Bob McLeod that my sketch cards are on the way back to me. I hope he did something amazing.

Got my Bob McLeod commissions today.

Sent SASE, sketch fee , two cards, and LOR in late April.

Today get a larger SASE with my two cards sketched and bonus 8X10 head-shot. The cards are perspective shots and I love them. They are so Different. I gave Bob free reign on these. Superman and make them unique.

I also said goofy is fine with me.


He gave them titles. Superman on Krypton and Superman in Action.

i got a return from Phil Hester the other day. He did a nice Cyclops Sketch for me. I'll post pics later.

Now that we have gotten to be an old forum/sub-forum, I was wondering what are your Favorite Sketches?

Just thought I'd throw a bone out to some of the new folks. I just emailed an artist Who has done work for a ton of companies including Boom and Mad. He replied very quickly so if you have anything by him (I am sending a copy of Cthulhu Tales issue 9 cover B) he is responsive to fanmail.
