Sent rookie card in toploader, SASE and short note to Fernando Valenzuela at:

c/o Los Angeles Dodgers
Dodger Stadium
1000 Elysian Park Avenue
Los Angeles, CA 90090-1112

Sent on April 12th, 2011. Receive back in SASE unsigned on April 27th with no explanation. Card was undamaged.

A few days before your failure, I had a success with him.
I wrote to him at:

2123 N. Beachwood Dr.
LA, CA 90068-3403
Also, I don't know if it makes a difference, but I wrote him in Spanish. Try again (if you want). I wish you the best!

Not sure but I think he is done with the Dodgers organization. He is very reliable from his house.

I received a success from him a few weeks ago. Use his home address in the database, that will work. Also, he will only sign one item at a time, if you send two he will sign one and send the other back unsigned. Good Luck!
