Dodgers sign Juan Uribe for 3 years, $21 million.

Rockies also signed Tulo to a new contract, worth about $160 over 10 years I believe.

Also last night was the deadline for tendering contracts to guys facing arbitration. Now I think we'll see more wheeling and dealing coming up with some of those low-risk, high-reward signings mentioned earlier.
