I think you might mean SASE which stands for Self-Addressed, Stamped Envelope. This is an envelope that you send to someone with your address already written on it and postage included or already applied. This envelope goes inside the envelope you are sending your letter and/or photos in, so that the person you are writing to can respond quickly and doesn't have to pay for postage.
