Re: Daniel Craig success
Well done, seems to be one of the last ones to come back from there. I hope they haven't stopped replying...
Oh well, probably because of Shaun's multiple requests.

I was reading some posts about requests sent to the Steady Rain play on another autograph forum and someone mentioned that Daniel has stopped signing but I did not think it was true.
Just out of curiosity what would be your estimate on how much fan mail Daniel has been getting each day at the theater? More than 25 a day?

Re: Daniel Craig success
Yeah, he seems to be a good enough signer though (when he can at his agency he will send authentics, just PPs when away) and could always sign "DC" if there were too many requests.
I have no idea how many he's getting, maybe (at a wild guess, with only a vague idea to help guide me) about 20 a day or something? Dan Radcliffe gets about 100 a day at his agency and he's a big star, and less than half the amount of people write to Broadway than via agencies I guess. I wouldn't call Craig bigger than Radcliffe though, so maybe 20-30?

There's a charity called Broadway Cares and the annual fundraising has started so they're selling signed ASR items for that (inc Playbills I think). Apparently neither of them are signing IP at the stage door because of this.
ScarletPimpernel will know more than me. ;)

Their site seems to have nothing from Craig, although I do hope that doesn't stop them signing (most of their signed stuff is over 100 dollars!).

I suppose they'd be selling it at the box office. I've read the prices start at about $50 or something.

Re: Daniel Craig success
That's great for British fans like me
[/sarcasm]
So I sent my request off 2 weeks ago, before they started doing this to peeve us fans off, from England, paying about 15 dollars to cover return postage and making sure everything was perfect. Then I find out Shaun doesn't stop his awful behavour and gets 2 back from 2 spamming request when lots recieved nothing, and now this crap! Who's really going to pay 50 bucks when it should be for free
