You can buy IRCs in the internet or in "Autographs for sale/exchange" forum. You can also buy US stamps :)

What's the perfect time to send the letter? Shortly before they start filming, e.g. the 11th of September?

Go for the 13th, if you're in the USA. 11th is fine if you're not in the USA :)

Thank you for your quick replies and your information. I've sent my letter today, because it will take 2 weeks at least before it arrives. I'm hoping they will still give it to Damon if it arrives a little too early *crossing my fingers*!!
