This is a magazine & retro shop in London. They have regular Autograph Signings. It looks like you email them & they place you on a mailing list. they will update you when new signings are announced.
Also i noticed which is good if you cannot go they will get a pic signed to you & send it.

*Event will be a signing only. Fans can pick up free wristbands at hmv which allow them access to the event. Wristbands will be available only from the hmv Croydon store, 137 North End, from 8.00am on Monday 13 July onwards. One wristband per customer maximum, in person only, while stocks last, subject to availability, at participating store only. Due to the whimsical nature of the entertainment industry, events are subject to change without notice.
