Well it's a bit old, but I've known this website for only a couple of days, so

I received it on February 4th, 2007 by pre-ordering Ashley's CD on her website. It's a signed booklet!
It's, of course, authentic

I'd rather have a personalized one, but I'm going to send her a letter once she's done filming her current movie in New Zealand. Maybe I'll be luckier if she's home! =)
