equus is scheduled to end february 4th, 2009, so i think there is definitely time to send from/receive in the uk.

when i send ircs from the u.s., i use one irc for each ounce the letter weighs. i am unsure of uk's irc regulations, so my recommendation is to check with your postal service (or, i am sure, there are many people on this site from the uk who will be able to give you accurate information).

you don't need irc's if you're sending a request from iowa -- mr. radcliffe is performing in equus in new york. just put return postage on your sase.
