I believe someone else wrote if for him as hes a very busy man and cannot answer every letter posted to him personally. I think its a great successes though; I am still waiting for any replies from Bill Clinton; so well done {thumb2}

The way to tell if he signed something himself if the 'Bill' is connected to the 'C' in 'Clinton', like the one in my signature. If they're connected, it's more than likely authentic.
