anyone in uk noticed a shortage of responses recently?

but does it mean that it's because of this that you don't get any successes ? I mean it's in a Manchester warehouse, generally, the autographs and stuff are sent from London, right ?
is this undelivered mail found in a warehouse from the Manchester area or from all over England ?
it's just something I ask...

Could be. Royal Mail emailed me back and said they can't help me because I'm not a British resident, but even if I was, they want the details of the senders and the dates on which they sent the autographs. Which none of us know for any of our celebrities. Ah well...
