I bought mine. I use Paint Shop Pro X. I don't think you can download it.

Yeah, it is. I guess you could try finding a used one, if you REALLY wanted it. Paint Shop Pro is constantly coming out with new versions so I know there are used versions of PSP 8, 9, 10 etc around. It's pretty confusing to use at first, so I would suggest only getting it if you're serious about graphic making. But it's fun, dont get me wrong. ;D
