Can you indentify this song?

Hi! I need your guys help. Below you will find a link to a song clip that I can’t Identify. This clip was taken at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. All the American women gold medalists did a dance routine while it was playing. I’ve also heard this sound clip on a Youtube video called “Dance Evolution” I want to find the full version to put on my MP3 player. I've heard it so many times over the years that my brain has become numb with it 4 or 5 different versions is my worst nightmare!!!!!
