Bill Wyman RTS

I sent an 8x10 and LOR to Bill Wyman at his home on December 29th, address was 100% correct as I have used it in the past successfully, but it was refused and came back RTS today (January 14th). It seems that he was sending back small post-it notes throughout November and December explaining that he was doing no more, and now he has officially shut down the mail entirely.
