I sent two pics a month ago and received them both back signed and personalized today! Photos got slightly bent though I used the fanmail address on her website which is different from the one in the database here. I'm super happy with this success!

Heya,

I have the envelope but there is no return address or anything to distinguish it =( I send 8.5 x 11 photos regularly to various people so the envelopes are just slightly larger and for some reason the stamps never get cancelled and I don't get a cancellation mark. I get a white strip of paper with a barcode, but that's about it.
