Hello, I just used three usps stamps. I have never had a problem with getting letters back from different countries using US stamps

Hi, I'm new (this is my first post). Just to confirm, USPS stamps can work mailing from other countries back to the US? I plan on sending a request with 8x10 photo, and I'm just a bit worried that a bigger envelope might not cut it..

I can't say for sure if a picture that big will work because I have only ever used #10 envelopes... Sorry!
