Open and comment... please... i need help :)
okay, so, in a few weeks the X Factor show will be live on TV and the address in the database should be abvailable for use then? i mean, thats when they'll recieve the mail right?
so anyway, as it is not directed specifically at ANYONE. (On the envelope i assume ya right "The X Factor, c/o Thames Tv" ETC)
So what do i put in my letter? "I love Simon, Louis and Sharon... can i have their autograph?" or do i say: "I love the show, please could i have some details on auditioning and autographs would be greatly recieved"
or what? i am honestly stuck... please help me xx

Hey
I would imagine you can write now as the auditions are pre-recorded You would firstly address the envelope to all of them (surnames included) and then write a generic letter to all of them.

And then say what you feel. In the last paragraph politely ask for autographs from all of themDear Sharon Osbourne, Simon Cowell & Louis Walsh . . .

Hi paigeandpruerock
When you write to The X Factor, I would suggest including such ideas in your letter however way you wish (examples of ideas below):
Dear Sharon, Louis and Simon,
- Introduce yourself
- Say what you like about the show
- Possibly mention your favourite moment
- Ask for a autographed photo
- Thank them for their time and wish them all the best
- Tell them that you'll be watching
... and then sign off.
Obviously, it's up to you to structure the letter however way you like
Good luck!

Hi paigeandpruerock
You can actually write now! The production office is already open for the 2006 season.
I had a couple of successes last year from this address:

Yes. I got two within a week or so of each other, and they were signed in different places with non-identical autos.
In fact the second one I got had a better Simon Cowell auto on it. I also got an authentic from him though via his SYCO address.

It is the same photo he uses for his preprints, but it is again signed in a different place.
Cheers!
