Candice Patton (The Flash) Personalized Success (but weird)

Candice Patton plays Iris on CW's "The Flash". I sent her a LOR, SASE, and 8x10 on 8/24/15 to (Abrams Artists Agency L.A. 9200 Sunset Blvd. 11th Floor Los Angeles, CA 90069). On 10/7/15, I received back a signed and personalized 8x10, but it wasn't the one I sent (even though it was the same pic - mine didn't have her name and was a white border). Also, they didn't use my SASE, but sent it in their own envelope from a different return address (1516 N Fairfax Ave Los Angeles, CA 90046). Very happy to receive this!
