Actor for Jack Reacher

I was disappointed in Tom Cruise being selected for the Jack Reacher movie, as were everyone else I've talked to about it. While Tom did a good job, for those of us that have read all the books he didn't fit the character. But I'm guessing money had something to do with Tom getting the role. I think Armie Hammer would have been a far better choice, you can see him in the Man from Uncle movie and decide for yourself.

Tom had bought the movie rights to the book so he just cast himself in the lead.. I agree with you that he is not a believable Jack Reacher at all..
