Sent: 2 custom index cards, LOR, SASE around the end of may

Received: 1 index card signed on Aug 10 in an envelope that wasn't mine

The only thing I don't understand is if he did not use my SASE, why didn't he send it back. Who else would he use it for?

It's probably a security issue or something that prevents them from using envelopes sent to them. I got John McCain a few years back and they taped over the return envelope rather than just peel and seal it. Regardless, great success I got Reid a few weeks ago!
