arnold Palmer fail #2

So after sending a blank autograph card last time and getting someone else's upper deck card back with a note saying he doesn't sign UD cards I sent the card back with a note saying they sent it to me by mistake and it didn't belong to me and we are returning it and my daughter rewrote her letter and this time added a golf ball to try to get signed about a month ago. Today 7-9-15 we got return envelope back with unsigned ball the UD card that we returned because it wasn't ours and a letter saying we don't sign UD cards and hand written note at bottom saying sorry our office does not have golf balls signed?? Lol I used address in data base. So I'm wondering is he sending out autopen or sec. Signatures why can't they sign the golf ball because it wont fit in autopen machine lol. We are going to try one more time n just send 4x6. I'm keeping the card this time apparently they dont want it n I'm not wasting stamps to keep getting it back saying we don't sign UD cards lol here's pic of letter.

You are correct. They sent your golf ball back unsigned because Arnold Palmer sends autopens TTM. Can't fit a golf ball into an autopen machine!
