great success! {up} Can you also post the note of him mentioning he no longer lives at that address? He bought the lot with his own name and it doesn't show it's on the market/being sold!

I think I may have deleted it. It's just a printed out slip from the computer that says I hope you like the autographed photos, please do not share this address with anyone as I no longer live here and do not want the current occupants to be getting 50 letters a day for me.
