I know I've asked this question before, but I'll ask again - what is the purpose of the Q&As? This is a genuine question. What are you doing with the info you collect or is this just a ruse to get a signature at the bottom? I'm only asking as I just don't see the point in knowing that Rachel Wilde likes vegetarian curry (maybe you're researching for a celebrity cookbook, I don't know!)

I can never see the silly little pictures anyway as there seems to be some sort of content lock on them and completely agree these Q&A's seem completely pointless.

Silly little pictures? If you can't see them how come do you know they are silly. ?
Simple thing to do is if you can't see them is not to click on Shaun's topics especially if you have nothing nice to say.
And if Shaun wants to send question and answers and he's happy with that then it has got nothing to do with you.

I did say seem pointless as in to me as it is my opinion which I am entitled to. I can see the pictures but can't click on them so why not just post them bigger in the first place? Anyway this doesn't have to turn into a long debate like most of the posts on here.

This is the problem with this site at the moment. Someone posts something like 'Got a signed picture of Ghandi in the post today' - no picture, no proof, everyone rallies round to congratulate them. Add a little objective opinion to a post (as already mentioned, it's someone's opinion and they're entitled to it) everyone loses their mind!

While I'm on the subject (and this is my opinion) but I am dead against this practice of printing off millions of copies of the same letter stating 'Dear __ (fill name in here)__. I am a big fan. Sign below'. Where has the personal touch in autograph collecting gone?

Especially when they don't even bother putting a stamp on the envelope and expect them to pay for the postage.
