Nice success. Loved her in "Gone Girl." I also received an autograph from her not too long ago. I'm debating the authenticity though as I imagine she's been doing premieres and press for the film. I'd like to be wrong but it's the "R" that throws me off. Here are some IP scans:

I appreciate and welcome comments on the authenticity of autographs I have received. Thank you! Sincerely, gghi18 8)

Authenticity has got me on these too. Someone got her VV recently and it matched the IP signatures. So I believe it's a sec personally (which crushes me because I have her too.)

I'm not a graphologist, but the 'R' in her first name seems pretty consistent with the VV, TTM, and IP replies. (I got her last year with a similar reply via her agency.) The IPs look different likely due to being rushed, but TTM looks pretty close to her IP.

When in doubt, look to the handwriting.

That was via venue. The writing is completely different. It would appear these are secs. I do consider it rude to do this to the op, but the floodgates were already open.

Now the remaining question is how long has she been sending secs?

I still think these are real. Look at the "J" in the note and in this inscription. They're nearly identical. When you're in a hurry, such as, going through tons of fan mail versus getting a letter or two via venue, typically the handwriting will be somewhat different.
