Bayern Munchen: SAE or SASE?

If I send a SAE to Bayern Munchen, Will they reply to me paying the German stamps?

You can buy them online, or perhaps from a user in this forum :D And if you don't/can't buy them, I think you can always send money!

This is my problem too. I'm having a hard time looking for irc's here in my country. And german stamps are a bit hard to find either. I'm not really comfortable with putting money inside the envelope because I don't really trust the people who work in the post :/
